Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in equipment maintenance in mining/quarry/heavy manufacturing preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance on crushing plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Overhaul crushers, including assembly and disassembly.
• Replace defective parts and calibrate machinery.
• Read mechanical drawings and hydraulic schematics; interpret manuals.
• Weld and fabricate parts as needed for repairs.
• Assist with general plant maintenance and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate work orders and documentation.
• Collaborate with operators to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to MSHA and OSHA safety protocols.
