Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in cutting, welding, and fabrication.
• Working knowledge of crushers, screens, pumps, conveyors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and foster a safety culture.
• Fabricate and repair equipment for crusher operations.
• Inspect and replace components like pulleys, screens, belts, and shafts.
• Lead maintenance projects and train team members.
