Job summary

Turner Mining Group is seeking a Crusher Laborer at our Limestone Plant in Brierfield, AL. The role focuses on cleaning and maintaining crushers, conveyors, and related equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include clearing debris, assisting the crusher operator, basic lubrication, monitoring equipment for safety issues, and keeping the work area clean and safe. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Ability to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.
• Comfortable working at heights, confined spaces, and in outdoor conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Clean and clear crushers, conveyors, and screens of debris.
• Assist crusher operator and maintenance team as needed.
• Perform basic lubrication and equipment support.
• Monitor equipment and report safety or operational issues.
