Job summary

Coeur Rochester is seeking a Crusher Ground Person to maintain the crushing circuit and support safe, efficient production at our Lovelock, NV operation. The role includes equipment maintenance, monitoring conveyors, and teamwork to optimize throughput.

You will work rotating 12-hour shifts (5 On, 4 Off / 4 On, 5 Off) with outdoor work about 80% of the time. We offer competitive pay, full benefits from day one, relocation for some positions, and a strong safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate the crusher system.
• Clean up crusher area and operate support equipment.
• Perform day-to-day inspections of the Three-Stage Crushing Facilities.
• Operate panel board to control conveying, crushing, and sizing of ore for leaching.
• Notify maintenance and loading personnel of delays or malfunctions.
• Perform minor maintenance and preventive maintenance on the crushing system.
• Assist with heavy equipment for cleanup and feed of the crushing system.
