Washington Mills in North Grafton, MA is hiring a Crusher Building Operator for a full-time role. You will monitor and operate crushing and screening equipment, load raw materials, and reduce size to pass the primary screener.
Work hours are Monday–Thursday 3:00 PM–1:00 AM, with occasional Friday hours and a 90-day probation period. You will perform routine equipment checks, assist with cleaning, and handle material sampling for lab analysis.

Pay range: $28.00-$31.00 per hour, based on experience

The Crusher Building Operator will work with and directly report to the Shift Production Foreman. The Operator will be directly involved in the monitoring and operation of several pieces of crushing and screening equipment. This position will load raw materials into the primary feed tank and operate the primary crusher to reduce their size to pass through the primary screener. This position is Monday - Thursday from 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM with occasional hours required on Fridays. There is a 90-day probation period for this position.
