Crumbl is seeking a Service Worker in Waltham to deliver friendly, fast service and uphold Crumbl culture while helping guests enjoy fresh pastries.

You will be part of a team focused on guest experience, teamwork, and excellence, with Sundays off, opportunities for growth, and recognition for outstanding performance as Crumbl expands in the region.

Qualifications

• Food or restaurant experience and customer service experience.
• High school or higher.

Responsibilities

• RAVING FANS SERVICE: Instinctively serves the customer with a smile and genuine intentions to provide customers with a great experience. Always acts in a way that represents the Crumbl culture.
• TEAMWORK: Supports fellow crew members and assists with other tasks as needed.
• EFFICIENT: Delivers Crumbl products quickly with high quality and a memorable customer experience.
• TECHNOLOGY: Understands and uses Crumbl business technology applications effectively.
• KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: Safely and properly operates Crumbl kitchen equipment and utensils.
• JOBS/OTHER TASKS: Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Service Worker Compensation

• $11.00 to $14.00 (hourly wage, including tips)
• Tips Range ($3 to $6 an hour extra)
