Job summary

Crumbl is seeking a part-time Baker to join our fast-paced, open-concept kitchen and deliver high-quality, from-scratch cookies and desserts to fans. You will work with the Shift Lead to ensure desserts are always available and guest experiences are exceptional.

You'll be part of a rotating weekly menu, contributing to dessert innovation, learning new skills, and growing within a company that promotes from within and values team collaboration and customer delight.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or associate degree a plus.
• Experience in the food & beverage industry preferred; food handler certification required prior to employment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Our bakers work closely with the Shift Lead to ensure fresh desserts are always available.

As a Baker, you'll play a key role in delivering the highest quality fresh, from-scratch cookies and desserts to our fans. Our weekly rotating menu offers a new experience each week-perfect for someone with a love of learning, creativity, and dessert innovation!

Key Responsibilities:

As a Baker, your role will include:

• Baking Excellence: At its core, this is a from-scratch bakery :)
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to complete daily tasks and production of high-quality desserts.
• Customer Engagement: Create positive experiences for every customer and keep them informed about new products.
• Learning and Development: With new desserts every week, we're always learning and developing new skills!

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, culinary or associate degree a plus.
• Experience: Prior experience in the food & beverage industry preferred (food handler certification required prior to employment).
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure precision in dessert preparation, customer service, and operational tasks.
• Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Flexibility: Availability for part-time shifts Monday-Saturday 7am-10:30pm (morning, midday, and night shifts available), with 1 day off in addition to ALL Sundays off. Saturday availability is required.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.

Work Schedule:

• Guaranteed Day Off: Crumbl is closed on Sundays and many major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's).
• Prime Shifts: Availability required for Saturday shifts.
• Priority Consideration: Applicants with open availability will be given priority for promotions.
