Job summary

Crumbl Cookies Cincinnati is seeking a friendly Crumbl Baker to learn commercial baking and join our fast-paced team. You’ll follow Crumbl recipes, bake, frost, and box orders, while delivering exceptional guest service and a smile.

You’ll receive on-the-job culinary training, flexible scheduling with Sundays off, staff discounts, and growth opportunities across our six stores as you develop skills in a collaborative bakery environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete Crumbl digital baker training program
• Prepare cookie dough, cakes, frosting, toppings, and glazes following Crumbl recipes
• Bake and dress cookies with weekly toppings
• Box customers' orders with care and provide exceptional service
• Maintain clean workspaces and restock supplies
• Contribute to the overall success of the bakery
