Crumbl Cookies is hiring a Baker to mix, bake, and present our signature cookies with precision and care. You will maintain a clean kitchen, follow recipes, and ensure top-tier presentation for customers in a fast-paced setting.

No prior baking experience is required—we’ll train you! This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within the company, plus fun, upbeat teamwork and employee cookie discounts.

Qualifications

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas.
• Accurately follow recipes and portion controls.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (mixers, ovens, timers, etc.).
• Package cookies with care and attention to presentation.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and inventory restocking.
• Provide excellent customer service when needed (register, greeting, etc.).
• Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

About the Role:

As a Crumbl Baker, you're the magic behind the cookies! You'll be mixing, baking, and presenting our signature cookies with precision, care, and consistency - all while bringing positive energy and top-tier service to our customers.

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO). They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people.
