Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an elegant and memorable dining experience.
• Set up and break down breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktail hour; manage tables, linen, silverware, china and glassware.
• Cater to culinary requests efficiently; convey orders to galley and serve courses and beverages.
