Job summary

Grand Circle Cruise Line invites an experienced dining service professional to join our team in Florida. You will provide professional food and beverage service in the dining room, uphold GCCL standards, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Requirements include hotel school diploma or equivalent, at least two years in the field (cruise ship experience preferred), fluent English, excellent communication, and a willingness to learn and progress. Fully vaccinated status is expected.

Qualifications

• Hotel school diploma or basic education equivalent preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in the field, preferably on river/ocean ship or in a 4- or 5-star restaurant/hotel.
• Cruise ship experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Fully vaccinated.

Responsibilities

• Providing professional food and beverage service in the dining room area.
• Maintaining mise en place and hygiene of the dining room area.
• Understanding bar and restaurant menus to assist guests.
• Practicing GCCL values and delivering high service standards.
• Any other duties advised by Restaurant Manager/Hotel Manager.
