Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking a dining service professional to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to travelers aboard our Grand Circle Cruise Line experiences, upholding GCCL standards and contributing to a positive work environment.

The role requires hotel school background or equivalent, at least two years in the field (preferably on river/ocean ships or in a 4–5 star setting), cruise ship experience is a plus, strong English communication, and a readiness to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Hotel school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in the field, preferably on river/ocean ship or in a 4- or 5-star restaurant/hotel.
• Cruise ship experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Fully vaccinated.

Responsibilities

• Providing professional food and beverage service in dining room area.
• Responsible for the mise en place and hygiene of dining room area.
• Good knowledge and understanding of bar and restaurant menus.
• Any other duties advised by Restaurant Manager/Hotel Manager.
