Pacific Journey Consulting is seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Cruise Planning Specialist. This remote position allows you to help clients plan and book their travel while collaborating with a team and reporting to a team lead.

Key responsibilities include designing itineraries, evaluating client preferences and budgets, booking flights, hotels, and tours, and providing support before, during and after travel.

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
