Job summary

GEMCAP Logistics is seeking a Cruise Logistics Specialist to support our cruise and marine logistics operation in Miami. The role requires strong organization, communication with customers and internal teams, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will create and monitor orders, coordinate with carriers and dispatch, provide timely shipment updates, and produce Excel-based reports and KPI analyses.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Spanish communication required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field a plus.
• Experience with ERP/TMS or logistics software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and monitor customer orders from initial request through final delivery.
• Coordinate transportation requirements with customers, carriers, drivers, dispatch, and internal teams.
• Provide customers with timely and accurate shipment updates.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and changes.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas needing attention.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports covering revenue, shipment volume, and KPIs.
