We are seeking an outgoing individual for our Cruise Coordinator position. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for booking amazing trips for corporate and leisure clients in destinations all around the world! This position is ideal for anyone who loves to travel and help others.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Research, create, and execute exceptional itineraries for clients.
2. Review individual needs and wants for travel to tailor trips specifically to their preferences.
3. Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel.
4. Attend webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in specific destinations.
5. Review budgets and plan trips according to client constraints.
6. Create promotional materials for use.
7. Monitor travel restrictions and updates.
8. Book travel needs (airline, car rental, hotel, cruise, tickets, etc.).
9. Communicate effectively with clients before and after travel.
10. Handle issues that may arise during bookings or travel.
11. Network with tour operators for package offers.
12. This position can be part-time or full-time.

Requirements
