Wärtsilä, a global leader in marine and energy solutions, seeks a Contract Manager for Cruise to join our team in the United States. The role is permanent with a hybrid work model in the US, reporting to Agreement Management.

You will deliver end-to-end maintenance agreements for engines and ancillary systems, drive value, and ensure customer satisfaction and renewals. Travel around 10% and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the marine, cruise, or similar industry.
• Experience managing long-term service or maintenance agreements.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness with contract performance experience.
• Structured and proactive with strong planning and prioritization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across teams and cultures.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Execute agreements in accordance with contractual commitments, Wärtsilä processes, and sound management practices.
• Act as primary point of contact for the customer, maintaining proactive communication and timely resolution of topics.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration (technical, operational, financial) to deliver contract scope.
• Drive actions to improve customer satisfaction and contract profitability.
• Plan, forecast and monitor key financial KPIs for assigned agreements.
• Set annual targets and track performance against objectives.
• Identify and assess risks related to contract execution and implement mitigation plans.
• Escalate risks and issues with clear summaries and actions.
• Ensure high quality and consistency across contract execution and deliverables.
• Support sales and tendering with contract expertise, cost input and risk identification.
• Monitor and support customer compliance with contractual requirements.
• Identify upsell opportunities and lifecycle value enhancements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement with new tools and processes.
