Job summary

Taleo seeks a Cabin Host in the Hotel department aboard our cruise ship to deliver in-cabin service and uphold quality standards in all cabins. You will manage laundry, restock minibars, assist sailors on embarkation day, and maintain cleanliness across assigned areas.

With a minimum 2 years in cabin care or 4/5-star hotel experience, you will handle patient guest requests, follow STCW and health/safety rules, and communicate effectively in English to ensure memorable voyages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Cabin Attendant on a cruise ship or 4/5-star hotel/resort.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.
• All STCW certificates required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of all cabins and passageways.
• Prepares cabins per daily setup for embarkation and Turnaround.
• Handles guest laundry requests and assists with costs.
• Replenishes cabin supplies including minibar and bathroom items.
• Addresses sailors' complaints promptly and informs supervisor as needed.
• Delivers and handles sailor luggage to cabins.
• Greets sailors on embarkation day and assists with locating cabins.
• Strips and re-covers beds and manages linen for fresh/used supplies.
• Provides room service and related services.
• Reports damaged or missing items to Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
• Interacts daily with sailors to deliver outstanding service.
• Safely handles equipment and complies with Public Health rules.
