Job summary

Crew Life at Sea Ltd. is seeking a Broadcast Technician to operate the Broadcast Center aboard the vessel in Miami, ensuring smooth daily television operations for guests and crew.

You will work with the Cruise Director and Entertainment Director to record events for the Freestyle Daily, schedule content, and ensure all productions are approved by shoreside when requested. The role requires reliability and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and SEMS.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Broadcast Center aboard the vessel and oversee all related equipment.
• Record events with guest participation for Freestyle Daily.
• Produce shoreside-approved content when requested.
• Coordinate with Communications Officer to ensure correct satellite feed and signal stability.
• Update the information channel daily and schedule passenger/crew movies.
• Set up equipment for large screen broadcasts when available and 30 minutes before doors open.
• Provide complete handover notes to the incoming Broadcast Technician and supervisors at contract end.
• Attend weekly meetings and perform duties as assigned.
