Job summary

Silversea seeks an energetic Cruise Staff - Activities to deliver daytime and evening programs aboard our luxury ships, focusing on guest engagement and seamless event execution. This role includes youth coordination for younger guests, requires STCW certification, and 3–5 years in entertainment or hospitality in an international setting.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and cruise ship experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in entertainment or hospitality within a luxury cruise/5-star setting
• Experience working with children and youth programs
• Valid STCW certification
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Cruise ship or shipboard experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Plan, host, and coordinate a wide range of onboard activities and events
• Engage guests with high-energy entertainment and programs
• Support youth activities and coordinate children's programs
• Manage daily schedules, logistics, and prize/supply coordination
• Respond to guest feedback and uphold service standards
