Gunvor Group in Houston, TX seeks a Crude Operator to oversee end-to-end terminal and pipeline operations, including nominations, scheduling, volume reconciliation, and documentation.

Interface with terminals, pipeline operators, inspection companies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate execution; provide coverage across desks during absences; monitor risks, discrepancies, and invoices; maintain records in trade capture systems, and collaborate with traders and commercial teams

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of crude oil operations experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. pipeline infrastructure and terminal operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with trade capture systems and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end terminal and pipeline operations, including nominations, scheduling, volume reconciliation, and documentation.
• Interface with terminals, pipeline operators, inspection companies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Provide coverage across desks during team absences, maintaining continuity and operational integrity.
• Monitor and report operational risks, delays, and discrepancies, escalating as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in trade capture systems to reflect physical movements and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with traders, schedulers and commercial teams to align logistics with business objectives.
• Provide cost estimation,(inspection, freight, freight differentials, all shipping related costs and demurrage etc.)
• Analyze and confirm commodity invoices and all service related invoices (inspection, freight etc.)
• Storage management of inventory for daily and month end requirements

• Strong understanding of U.S. pipeline infrastructure and terminal operations.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency and Experience in trade capture systems and Microsoft Excel.
