Job summary

Numotion is seeking a Seating Technician to join our team. You will assist ATPs with assembly and delivery of Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT) equipment, ensuring client goals are met with high service standards.

Responsibilities include equipment assembly, troubleshooting with ATP, maintaining workspace, and documenting activities. A valid driver's license and strong communication skills are essential to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and accounts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid State Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Solid problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of CRT industry or related medical equipment beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist ATPs with equipment assembly and delivery.
• Assemble and fit CRT equipment to meet client goals with minimal oversight.
• Troubleshoot product issues and coordinate with ATP for solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in shop and warehouse.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are clean and in good working order.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing business accounts and customers.
• Complete documentation in accordance with Numotion policies and regulations.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and participate in required trainings.
• Collaborate with ATPs and customers to ensure equipment solutions meet client needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address customer concerns promptly.
