Job summary

Numotion is seeking a full-time Seating Technician located in Central Point, Oregon. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and delivering Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT) equipment, collaborating closely with clients and the Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) team to meet mobility needs.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service and safety compliance. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, among others.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required, or minimum one year of related mechanical or electrical experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support the ATP team with equipment assembly and delivery.
• Assemble and fit CRT equipment, ensuring client goals are met.
• Collaborate with the ATP for product troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are clean and safe.
• Assist in maintaining client relationships.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.
• Attend company training and development sessions.
• Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries.
• Quickly address customer concerns during fittings.
• Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding all matters.
