Job summary

Veterans in Healthcare is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner to assess, treat and test patients with cardiopulmonary dysfunction per physician orders and protocols. Documentation of patient responses to therapies will be completed, and clinical expertise will be applied to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• 0-2 years of experience or greater as a respiratory therapist.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Arkansas Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (LRCP), and Basic Life Support Provider (BLS). Prefer PALS & NRP. ACLS may be required depending on the assigned department.

• EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program
• EXPERIENCE: 0-2 years of experience or greater as a respiratory therapist
• CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Arkansas Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (LRCP), and Basic Life Support Provider (BLS). Prefer PALS & NRP. ACLS may be required depending on the assigned department.
