Job summary

Crowne Plaza Seattle – Downtown is seeking a Catering Manager to lead sales, planning, and execution of exceptional events. You will convert prospects into loyal clients, coordinate banquet orders, and partner with our hotel team to maximize revenue while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

In this role you’ll manage multiple events, build relationships with leisure and corporate groups, and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Catering sales experience preferred.
• Creativity and food/beverage knowledge desired.
• Valid driver’s license for applicable state required.
• Developed verbal and written communication skills; ability to negotiate, sell, and influence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks; strong organization and presentation skills.
