CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant to lead planning, deployment, implementation and support of the CrowdStrike platform and related applications for enterprise customers.

You will manage engagements from initial planning to installation and optimization, troubleshoot across large organizations, and collaborate with IT teams while mentoring colleagues; travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/CE or related field and 8 years in IT deployments or customer environments.
• Solid deployment technologies expertise and platform knowledge across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills; security-focused mindset.
• Proactive, analytical, and able to mentor others; capable of leading projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and to work with AI-enabled security tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deploy, implement and provide operational support for the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and apps.
• Engage with customers from initial planning through installation, optimization and follow-on support.
• Troubleshoot issues across small to large enterprises and integrate CrowdStrike with existing tools.
• Develop scripts and solutions using Falcon APIs; lead customer workshops and collateral development.

About the Role:

CrowdStrike Services is seeking a Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant who would be responsible for the planning, deployment, implementation, and operational support of the CrowdStrike platform and related applications. The Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant will have responsibility for all aspects of the deployment from the initial customer engagement, planning, installation, optimization/utility and follow-on customer support for the CrowdStrike platform & applications.

What You'll Do:

Deployment and Operations activities may include:

• Providing technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance with the deployment of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and associated applications
• Assist customer with operationalizing all modules of the Falcon platform
• Troubleshoot customer issues across small to large enterprises
• Utilize and engineer native and 3rd party software deployment technologies
• Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs
• Customer project planning and status
• Work closely and collaboratively with customer information technology teams
• Leveraging CrowdStrike applications (Exposure Management, for example) provide support to customers in vulnerability and asset management
• Assist customers with the integration of CrowdStrike into existing tools
• Support both Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with deployment of Falcon and Falcon Forensics Collectors
• Work closely and collaboratively with Platform Professional Services team to develop customer facing collateral
• Develop and lead skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline, and 8 years of experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment, as well as experience with the following:

• Strong understanding of software deployment technologies
• Very knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
• Skillful communication and effective ability to build collaborative relationships
• Strong experience with presentation technical content to various audiences
• Strong experience in computer and network systems security
• Solid analytical/problem solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems
• Proactive and thorough ability to manage work and prioritize customer projects
• Experience mentoring team members
• Some experience leading a team to complete projects
• High level of motivation; self-starter; results driven
• Potential for travel and assignment work exists
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
