Job summary

Dexian is seeking an experienced Senior CrowdStrike Security Engineer to deploy and manage CrowdStrike Falcon modules across Windows, macOS, Linux, and servers. The role emphasizes endpoint protection, policy tuning, DLP integrations, and migration from legacy tools to modern platforms.

The candidate will troubleshoot detections, manage security controls, and collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to improve telemetry and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on CrowdStrike and endpoint security engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in CrowdStrike Falcon EDR, NGAV, sensor management, policy tuning, and detection analysis.
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, endpoint networking, TLS, proxies, firewalls, and network security.
• Experience troubleshooting complex endpoint security issues and managing security controls.
• Understanding of SaaS security, MS Entra ID, and AWS/Azure environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage CrowdStrike Falcon modules, including EDR, NGAV, Firewall, and Identity Protection.
• Maintain sensor health, endpoint coverage, security policies, detection rules, and exception handling across Windows, macOS, Linux, servers, VDI, and supported mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot endpoint security incidents, analyze detections, investigate false positives, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Maintain Sky-high Web Gateway, Symantec DLP, ICAP scanning tools, and related endpoint security infrastructure.
• Support security tool upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning, including transitions to Zscaler and modern CrowdStrike capabilities.
• Integrate security telemetry with SIEM/SOAR platforms to support threat detection, incident response, and audit requirements.
• Develop automation using scripting, APIs, and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams on security improvements, documentation, and technology evaluations.
