Kyrene School District 28 is seeking a part-time Crossing Guard to help ensure student safety as they cross intersections near schools. The position runs 5 hours per week for 180 days during the 26/27 school year, with compensation at $15.56/hour.
The candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED and obtain an IVP Level One AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card. Training on state laws and district policies is required.
Assures the safety of students when they cross busy intersections going to and from school.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or any combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Ability to learn State laws and District policies and procedures regarding school crossings. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff and community members.
High School Diploma or GED is required. Valid IVP Level OneAZ Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
