Job summary

Carter LOGISTEED Express, Inc. located in Laredo, TX, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our crossdock team. You will handle sit-down forklift duties, unload inbound freight, scan items, and help load outbound trailers while maintaining safety and clean working conditions.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, prior warehouse experience preferred, and a cooperative, team-oriented attitude. Shifts are 2nd shift, Monday–Friday with possible weekend hours, and attendance at safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse and forklift experience highly preferred.
• Must be self-driven with a positive attitude and team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit down forklift
• Unload inbound freight
• Scan freight into the system
• Notify Supervisor of any overage, shortage, or damage to freight
• Load outbound trailers
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work Monday - Friday
• Weekend requirements may apply with advanced notice
