Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in New Jersey is seeking an experienced distribution/warehousing leader to oversee receiving, shipping, cross-dock and yard operations. You’ll evaluate daily volume, assign staffing, and ensure merchandise moves efficiently through the distribution center.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Logistics, 3–5 years in warehousing management, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Logistics.
• 3–5 years distribution or warehousing management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; cross dock/WMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, shipping, cross-dock and yard jockey functions.
• Evaluate daily volume to establish staffing for each department.
• Ensure merchandise is received accurately and flows through the DC.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce BJ's safety policies.
