Job summary

Mariner Wealth Advisors seeks a Senior Instructor for the Mariner Academy Cross-Serve program. You will design, develop, and deliver enablement workshops that translate cross-serve strategy into practical habits for advisors at all levels.

You will lead in-person and virtual sessions, craft simulations, and measure outcomes to improve collaboration across Wealth, Institutional, Investment Banking, the Independent Platform, Insurance, Tax, and Trust Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience facilitating workshops or training for professional audiences.
• Ability to build relationships and trust across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person and virtual Cross Serve workshops to illuminate each unit’s strengths.
• Design interactive experiences to foster trust and client-first collaboration across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with business units to keep content current with evolving needs.
• Co-create enterprise capstone projects translating best practices into junior training.
• Create safe environments encouraging open relationship-building in workshops.
• Drive communication between Mariner Academy and enterprise partners.
• Apply adult learning theory to scenario-based simulations for real-world use.
• Model client-first, trust-based cross-unit referrals over sales volume.
• Measure and report collaboration outcomes to improve effectiveness.
• Provide workshop support across the enterprise as needed.
