Responsibilities

• Prepares and positions patients for diagnostic exams of various body parts and sets up equipment.
• Evaluates image quality and ensures completeness of orders.
• Explains procedures clearly and responds to patient needs while maintaining infection control.
• Edits computer entries for accuracy, billing, and contrast usage.
• Maintains daily room checks and monthly inventory of supplies.
