Qualifications

• Requires ability to input orders in POS system and process refunds.
• Ability to build rapport with guests and communicate promotions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and defrosts proteins for cooking and ensures proper portioning.
• Cooks proteins and prepares rice/vegetables per standards.
• Maintains clean BOH and FOH areas and coordinates with FOH for orders.
• Delivers meals to guests accurately and timely.
• Performs FOH service steps and handles guest requests and substitutions.
