Job summary

The Flame Broiler is seeking a Team Member Cross Trained Cook to support both back-of-house and front-of-house operations while upholding brand standards and procedures.

Under supervision, you will prepare proteins, rice, and vegetables, manage orders in the POS system, and assist guests with modifications and substitutions during peak times. Starting hourly rate is $20. Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental & Vision plus 401K.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house and back-of-house experience preferred.
• Ability to input orders accurately in POS and handle refunds/modifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork to support peak times.

Responsibilities

• Back of House: prep protein, cook to standard, prepare rice and vegetables, rotate defrosted protein, clean workstations.
• Front of House: ensure guest experience, input orders, deliver meals promptly, maintain service standards.
