Michael Foods, Inc. is seeking a maintenance leader to oversee Process Safety Management (PSM) across Gaylord and Chaska facilities. You will coordinate safety programs, ensure regulatory and corporate standards, and report KPIs to drive operational excellence.

The role requires experience in PSM, GMP compliance, and a collaborative, self-driven approach to manage multiple locations with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in HVAC or ammonia systems is recommended.
• PSM Certification is preferred; experience with PSM in manufacturing is desired.
• 4-year science or engineering degree is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide PSM oversight and coordination across Gaylord and Chaska facilities.
• Lead cross-site PSM programs and guidance for maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA PSM, GMP, and food safety requirements.
• Manage and report maintenance KPIs to support operations.
• Support MOC, audits, and corrective action tracking.
