Qualifications

• Must hold Colorado lead teacher qualifications (PDIS 3.0 Level 2+).
• Experience as a lead teacher at a large child care center in Colorado.
• Commitment to play-based learning and outdoor nature activities.
• Ability to be flexible across multiple Denver-area schools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and passion for working with young children, families, and co-teachers.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers with inquiry-based curriculum, documentation, and projects.
• Cultivate a learning environment that supports diverse needs and learning styles.
• Enforce classroom rules and safety procedures.
• Conduct ongoing observation, assessment, and documentation of student learning.
• Schedule with Area Manager across multiple schools.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings as scheduled.
• Support families as partners in their child’s learning.
