Job summary

CarMax Madison is seeking a Cross Functional Store Manager to lead a team of 10–15 associates across sales, service, and operations, delivering a world-class customer experience. You will drive store budgets, monitor staffing, and ensure CarMax policies are followed.

You will analyze results, develop talent, oversee training, and manage EH&S and risk with a focus on execution and continuous improvement. The role requires strong communication and adaptability, including nights and weekends.
