C Squared Social is seeking a Project Manager to bridge client-facing strategy with in-house creative and development execution. You will organize deliverables, communicate timelines, and coordinate feedback to ensure on-brand results across creative, strategy, and account teams.

You will work with Account Managers, Strategists, Designers, and Developers to keep projects on time and aligned with client briefs. This role emphasizes scalable PM processes and high-quality output across departments.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary point of contact for project timelines, deliverables, and internal workflow questions.
• Participate in project kickoffs to align stakeholders before timelines.
• Use monday.com to track, manage, and update deliverables and internal reviews.
• Gathers requests, clarifies expectations, and relays direction to the creative team.
• Attend client meetings and capture feedback; gatekeeper for feedback and timeline changes.
• Facilitate internal reviews and communicate client feedback to teams.
• Ensure requests align with the approved brief and scope.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
