Job summary

Homewerks Worldwide, LLC, a leading importer of home improvement products, is seeking a Marketing Project Specialist to join our Lake Bluff, IL marketing team. The role supports planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects across departments.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills; Wrike experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ project management experience in a consumer products company.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Wrike or similar PM software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pipeline of new requests from Sales, Sourcing, and Supply Chain.
• Support Project Manager in coordinating marketing projects.
• Assist Marketing Managers and Product Managers with ad hoc requests.
• Ensure deadlines are met by coordinating across departments.
• Track status using the company project management tool.
• Assign deliverables and provide guidance to team members.
• Identify schedule lapses and drive corrective actions.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently and adapt to changing priorities.
