Job summary

i3 Product Development is seeking a proactive project manager to lead multidisciplinary technical initiatives, aligning scope, schedule, and budget with business goals. You’ll coordinate with engineers, designers, and partners to turn abstract ideas into actionable plans.

You’ll need strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.

Qualifications

5+ years leading multidisciplinary technical projects.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, design, business, or related field.
PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Understand & shape what we’re building, who it’s for, and what a successful outcome looks like.
Turn ideas and questions into clear requirements, scope, and a workable plan.
Bring together people across software, firmware, electrical, mechanical, and design.
Own the project plan, schedule, and budget, coordinating with functional managers to align people and capacity.
Identify missing decisions and dependencies to avoid problems later.
Explain options and decisions when priorities or challenges shift.
Keep partners informed and follow through on commitments.
Lead more than one project with clear priorities and focused attention.
