Job summary

Medico-Mart, Inc. in Wisconsin seeks an experienced accounting professional to support financial, administrative, sales, operations and management functions. This role offers broad exposure to the business and a hands-on opportunity to work directly across multiple departments.

You will maintain reliable financial processes, prepare reports, help with budgeting and cash flow, and collaborate with sales, purchasing and vendor partners in a fast-paced vaccine distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
• CPA preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administrative, accounting, sales, purchasing, and operations activities.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and analyses to support sales activity, inventory movement, purchasing decisions, and management review.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to identify issues and resolve bottlenecks.
• Support process improvements, documentation, workflows and interdepartmental communication.
• Coordinate with outside advisors on tax, audit, and other matters.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow review and purchasing analysis.
