Job summary

Tec-Master’s Inc, Ft. Sill-OK area, seeks a Systems Integrator to support the Fires Battle Lab with CDS integration, network coordination, and simulation-based experimentation.

Candidates should bring hands-on experience with Army data systems and related accreditation processes. Responsibilities include translating objectives into CDS configurations, maintaining simulated environments, and ensuring compliance with accreditation and interoperability standards across Army and Joint environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Extensive training in network management and accreditation, message protocols and systems integration.
• Experience integrating Army Tactical data systems (e.g., ADSI, AMDWS, AFATDS, FBCB2) or similar systems.
• Minimum 1 year experience using XML, Bash, Python.
• Minimum 1 year experience configuring and integrating Army Tactical data systems within HLA/DIS environments.
• 1 year experience with live tactical CDS integrations (ADSI, AMDWS, AFATDS, FBCB2).
• 1 year experience with live training M&S integration, M&S networking, and Linux.
• Experience developing and maintaining documentation for software system databases, simulation interoperability and accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise to Joint, Interagency, Multinational and Service experiments with Army involvement.
• Analyze, refine and implement simulation support requirements for current and future experimentation.
• Translate experiment objectives into detailed CDS configurations and Validation & Verification procedures to ensure accuracy and alignment with goals.
• Establish and maintain simulated environments, technical and communication networks required to enable achievement of experiment objectives.
• Ensure networks and software meet accreditation requirements to operate in Army and Joint environments.
• Ensure all CDS requirements are met to necessary receive and maintain accreditation to operate in Army and Joint environments.
