Job summary

Tec-Masters, Inc. is seeking personnel to support the Fires Battle Lab (FBL) in Ft. Sill, OK. This role involves simulation software development, as well as providing ongoing operational support.

Candidates should possess at least a bachelor’s degree and demonstrate a solid understanding of simulation and military systems, along with a minimum of one year of relevant experience. A SECRET clearance is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
• Minimum of one year experience with HLA model or DIS model.
• Experience in simulation data development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support Fires Battle Lab in simulation software development.
• Develop and execute software test plans for validation.
• Maintain manuals for software and systems.
