Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers is hiring for a 2nd shift Cross Dock role in North Hatfield, MA. You will operate an electric pallet jack, move pallets to trucks, and help unload cross-dock trailers to keep shipments flowing efficiently.

Responsibilities include monitoring load quality, prioritizing tasks, and adhering to safety standards while supporting daily warehouse operations in a perishable environment.

Qualifications

• Attendance and HS diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrates initiative, productivity and safety values.
• Ability to work in a 2nd shift warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate an electric riding pallet jack to move pallets as needed.
• Assist in unloading cross dock trailers and loading goods onto trucks.
• Maintain flow of pallets from staging to doors and ensure load quality.
• Prioritize work within your assigned zone and follow supervisor directions.
