Job summary

TA Services is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Michigan team. You will process inbound and outbound transactions in Körber WMS, verify inventory accuracy, and coordinate cross-dock logistics with 3PL partners, carriers, and internal teams.

Daily duties include ensuring proper shipment documentation, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining records. The role requires effective communication, problem solving, and adherence to safety procedures in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in warehouse, cross dock, transportation, or logistics operations.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Körber WMS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience coordinating shipments with carriers and third-party logistics providers.
• Ability to interpret shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and manifests.

• Maintain Shipping Records- Ensure all shipping documentation, digital records, and photographic evidence of non-compliant shipments are complete, accurate, and maintained according to company standards.

Job Description

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse and cross dock environment.
• Frequent interaction with warehouse associates, third-party logistics providers, carriers, and customers.
• Regular walking throughout the warehouse and dock areas to monitor operations.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and around moving equipment while following all safety procedures.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends as required to support inbound and outbound operations.
• This position is available for a 1st and 2nd shift only

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or GED required.

Experience

Pay/Benefits/Perks

• $25/hr
• Accrue up to five days PTO in first year. Two-weeks vacation, plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary.
