TA Services in Columbus, IN is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse dispatcher to enter inbound freight, verify BOLs, and coordinate with cross-dock teams. You will operate forklifts and support a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, experience in dispatch or logistics, and familiarity with Microsoft Teams and shipping systems. The role offers hourly pay with shift differential and benefits including PTO and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, shipping systems, and general office software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Enter inbound freight from Bills of Lading (BOL) into CDM and route to proper locations.
• Verify skid count and document any damages or shortages on the BOL; obtain driver initials.
• Update the inbound schedule in Microsoft Teams.
• Monitor radio communications and collaborate with the cross-dock team to resolve inbound issues.
• Scan “checked out” paperwork and file documentation appropriately.
• Operate Forklifts - Standup, Sitdown or Order Pickers.
• Warehouse setting.
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Frequent use of computers, scanners, phones, and radios.

Job Description

• Overtime may be required for shift coverage or operational needs

Key Responsibilities

• Enter inbound freight from Bills of Lading (BOL) into CDM and route to proper locations

Additional Information

• $18.20 + $3 Shift Differential for 2nd & 3rd
• Accrue up to five days PTO in first year
• Two weeks vacation plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary
