Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day cross-dock operations.
• Train on safety procedures, operational processes, and customer requirements.
• Primary liaison between the cross-dock and its customers.
• Facilitate professional development of Team Leaders and staff.
• Lead and implement Kaizen activities.
• Maintain accurate performance metrics.
