Job summary

TA Services, a Utah-based logistics provider, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. You will manage warehouse transactions, verify inventory, coordinate cross-dock activities, resolve issues, and maintain shipping records to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least two years in warehouse/logistics, experience with WMS (Körber), and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Experience with WMS, preferably Körber WMS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience coordinating shipments with carriers/3PLs.
• Ability to interpret shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists).

Responsibilities

• Manage Warehouse Transactions- Process inbound receiving and outbound shipping transactions accurately within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Verify Inventory and Documentation- Audit freight against packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping manifests to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate Cross dock Operations- Partner with 3PL personnel to facilitate efficient freight flow, trailer loading, and unloading activities.
• Resolve Operational Issues- Serve as the primary contact for shipping discrepancies and system-related issues using portals and internal processes.
• Maintain Shipping Records- Ensure all shipping documentation and evidence are complete and compliant.
