• Manages equipment budgeting, acquisition, and inventory.

• Promotes the sport to students, parents, media, and community partners.
• Provides mentorship, monitors academic performance, and assists with college selection.
• Handles discipline, due process, and parent contracts as needed.
• Maintains public relations with media, booster club, parents, officials, volunteers, and fans.
