The position supports cross-connection functions and coordinates with internal teams and contractors. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication and data analysis skills, and a commitment to regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule & evaluate the quantity and quality of work needed to accomplish work group goals within set limits of time and costs.
• Determine staffing, equipment and materials required to complete state mandated work in the most efficient manner.
• Review & manage the customer violation letter process.
• Identify ways to streamline Cross Connection's related processes to maximize the productivity & efficiency of field staff.
• Coordinate work with internal resources as well as contractors.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Evaluate and understand applicable codes, ordinances and regulations related to water utilities.
• Support Customer Service with Cross Connection inquiries.
• Oversee contractor training and test report submission through our portal
• Invoice for Cross Connection testing
• Responsible for other duties as assigned.
