California Water Service Group invites you to join as CCC Program Manager to develop and manage cross-connection control programs across multiple CA districts, reporting to the CCC Manager. The role focuses on compliance with state and federal requirements and on-site collaboration with district teams.

You will train staff, prepare reports, and track performance while contributing to safety and water quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of applicable drinking water laws and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal customers, outside vendors and consultants.
• Ability to prepare, manage, and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and maintain records related to backflow prevention assemblies and testing.
• Develops written materials such as correspondence and training resources.
• Provides technical guidance and training to CCC Supervisors and testers.
• Prepares reports and compliance documentation for management and regulatory agencies.
• Develops and implements training on water quality standards for districts.
• Tracks performance metrics and reports district performance against goals.
• Supports CCC software enhancements and upgrades.
